OUR Story


 Patrick Kaplan, Chicago native and owner of Bulldog Bakery brings 25+ years experience to his craft. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Patrick honed his craft at various bakeries and Cafe Trevi before opening Bulldog Bakery in 1999.

        Our long standing relationships with our customers exemplifies our commitment to courteous customer service and unwavering quality. Bulldog Bakery products are currently available at The Old Town School of Music, Corridor Brewery, Rocking Horse Bar, The Wit Theater and multiple favorite establishments throughout Chicago.
